It was a good sized restaurant with ample seating and good ambience. The service was polite with the server telling us their most popular dishes. We started the meal with chicken satay with a yummy sauce to dip it in. It was really good and I almost wanted to order another.

Next I ordered a number 12 on their menu which was a curry dish with choice of chicken or beef with some veggies in it. I liked the good mixture of gravy in this dish. It came with white rice. The entree was excellent. They also have many choices in their noodle entrees as well. I totally would eat here again when visiting.

Side Note- They didn't appear to be open for lunch, only for dinner. Their hours of operation might be 3 pm and onwards. I got the Tum yum soup and a beef dish. The soup was nice and hot with very good flavor and beef dish was also really good. Loved the way they shaped the rice on the plate. We would go here again if in town but the chances are low for us to go back to Norway anytime soon.

The take away food from Tasty Thai was delicious! My daughter said it was the best pad see ew she'd ever had! My satay chicken dish was perfect too! The lady at the counter was friendly and kind.

She brought us iced water while we waited for our order. Tasty Thai does not take foreign credit cards. Luckily we had some Kronos on us! Very much worth the money and wait! At Tasty Thai on Bislett you find affordable well tasting Thai food. Is it the best Thai food in town, probably not, however I am very happy my friend introduced me to the place.

We came in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The place was almost empty, I guess we came in at an awkward time just between lunch and dinner. A new families with kids where just leaving as we were sitting down, and by the time we left the place was full. It is safe to say that this is a popular place both for take-out and dine-in. I ordered a noodle dish, and my friend ordered a curry, both which was served relatively fast. What more can you ask for really? The food tasted good, the waiter was polite, and we left feeling satisfied.

As for the abidance, the place lack that wow factor that makes you want to settle in for a long dinner. The interior is simple and impersonal, but it does the trick for a quick bite to eat.

Like I said, affordable and well tasting!! I ordered take-away on a Sunday night, as I fancied Thai food, but couldn't be bothered to cook myself. I ordered the chicken Pad Thai and the chicken green curry with eggplant 15 and The pad thai was too dry, and lacked thai flavours and peanuts. The green curry was quite good, and rather on the spicy side. As the food at Tasty Thai is quite cheap, I would say it is a reasonably good choice for take-away, but nothing special.

We tried the satay, laab gai, green curry and massaman curry. The best dishes of the evening were the green curry and laab gai. I went here for a quick meal to go, and was very pleased. The food was psykolog kongsvinger up quickly and was very tasty thai meny. I went for a xord2 no in red curry, which had a delicious fresh spicyish flavor.
